[RULES for commissioning Majas:]

The commissioner should not pester me about when the commission is going to be done, as I will inform him/her if I'm having complications on time. People who pay upfront are put first on my priority list.

The commissioner will not ever modify my artwork and will not remove or hide my signature. I will modify the artwork if a minor edit needs to be made. This does not mean I will make any major changes to the piece involving anything that was not mentioned in the original request. The commissioner should communicate in full what he/she wants before I am done, otherwise a fee will be added if there was a major change added after I completed the artwork. In addition: When I ask a commissioner to specify edits to the outline of my artwork, I mean only generally (i.e. remapping issues, marking issues, pose issues, etc.)

Payment should be made after the agreement is made to do the commission. However, I am lenient and do allow the commissioner the option to pay after I have drawn the outline of the indicated commission. If I should feel that commissioner has short-handed me by not paying after the outline was drawn and presented, I will report it to officials and hassle the commissioner until he/she pays up. Once I am commissioned for artwork, and have drawn the outline, the time and effort was given on my part. Therefore, I fully expect payment at that point and will continue to finish the artwork from then on. If the commissioner doubts my reliability, he/she may feel free to contact any of the 50+ people listed below that have commissioned me for portraits in the past year on Furcadia.


The commissioner will not ever to resell artwork that I made specifically for him/her to anyone without having my permission beforehand.

The commissioner will not claim my artwork as his/her own work.

I reserve the right to modify my own prices and rules at any given time, and can decline to do any commission if I deem to do so at any given time (Generally speaking, I would never agree to a commission that is in bad taste. Therefore, said commissioner is not at risk because I would decline it before any transaction was made). If it should happen that the commissioner pays me before I agree to doing the artwork, the commissioner should note that I will refund them any payment given to me in full if I decline his/her commission.

Commission art is to be used solely by the person who commissioned me, unless the commissioner otherwise specified it as a gift or for use by other specified people/characters.
